CCF Structure

For the year 2008-09, CCF has been making some ministries more defined, and the following chart represents the structural organization of CCF:

Color Code:

  • Orange: Committee
  • Green: Defined Leadership Roles

Roles Definition:

  • Committee
  • Worship Coordinator: works closely with committee to oversee the aspect of worship on all CCF events including Friday nights and retreats. By working closely with the committee, the worship will be aligned with the vision.
    • Worship Team: group of people wanting to explore what worship is and use their musical gifts to serve and help the members to come close with the Lord.
    • Media Team: consists of people using their gifts of art forms (powerpoint slides) to enhance the prompting of God’s people to worship our worthy God.
  • Prayer Coordinator: encourages the fellowship to develop a healthy and fervent prayer life. The prayer coordinator is in charge of leading the weekly prayer meetings on every Sunday. Its role is to ensure that the needs of the fellowship as a whole, and of individual members are being lifted up to our heavenly Father.
  • Outreach Ministry: takes initiative and being proactive in organizing outreach events for the fellowship to participate in. This can include visiting the kitchen soup, Operation Christmas Child, fund raising for the needy, feeding the poor, organizing a campus event like “Jesus’ awareness week”, and many more.
  • Caring Team: helps the newcomers and members to integrate into the family of CCF. Also, raises awareness to the entire fellowship to genuinely care for one another leaving no person out of the support and care that CCF provides.
    • Welcome Team: focuses on the Friday welcome table organizing name tags and registration.
  • Frosh Coordinator: oversees the various frosh events before the start of school year. These events include Frosh Connections and Frosh BBQ. Later, works closely with New Student Reception (NSR) coordinators and frosh cell leaders to help the frosh to integrate well into the family of CCF.
  • Cell Group Leaders
  • Bible Studies Leaders
  • PC Team: helps the Program Coordinator (member of Committee) to plan the logistics and organization for every Friday night programs.
  • Promotional Team: uses arts and other creative forms to make CCF more visible on campus through posters, banners, and other materials.
