If you are interested in taking part in the Outreach Ministry, or just want more information, we’d love to have you join us for our very first General Meeting!
When? Wednesday, September 24, 2008 @ 5:30 – 7:00pm
Where? SLC Room 2143 (2nd floor, on top of SLC Brubakers, corner room with all the windows)
This meeting is intended for those who have the passion to serve – in any capacity! If you answer “yes” to at least one of these questions, come on out!
- Do you have a passion for serving our campus or our community?
- What about a zeal for spreading the Word of God?
- Spreading the awareness of Christ across campus?
- Do you have a heart for helping developing countries? Or taking part in Operation Christmas Child?
- Have you always wanted to serve in a soup kitchen? Or help the needy (e.g. sandwich runs)?
Even if you are interested in outreach in GENERAL, come on out! It’ll give us an opportunity to get to know one another and see where our passions lie. From there, as a ministry, we will be able to tap into those God given passions and turn it into an initiative that will glorify His Kingdom!
So if you ALWAYS wanted to do something on campus or in the community, but never had the courage to do it, we can help you make it happen!
We’ll be having pizza, so feel free to bring a drink with you, an empty stomach, and all of your ideas!
